An international marketing consultant, COL Allen I. Milman is currently the Chief of Staff of the 9 FA Veteran Corps of Artillery-State of New York one of nine continuously active Historical Military Commands dating back to the American Revolution. COL Milman has acted as the VCA -SNY liaison officer with the United States Army at the Pentagon, with CENTCOM and with the Joint Military Public Affairs Office in New York City for the 2000 Millennium Celebration and during 911 for which he has been decorated with the Army Commander’s Award for Public Service.
